Return Policy
A) All merchandize refunded credit, exchange or repair must have a return material number (RMA)
B) The following information must be provided to request an RMA number.
1. 101 Sign Wholesale item number 2. Invoice date and invoice number 3. Detail reason for return
C) For goods to be return to 101 Sign Wholesale for credit, the following are restocking fee and conditions schedule on dates from the date of original invoice:
1 to 5 days FULL CREDIT 6 to 30 days 15% restocking fee
No refund or exchange will be accepted after 30 days. Return items as a complete set. If not returned as complete set, deductions will be made according to missing accessories from the original package.
D) 101 Sign Wholesale is not responsible for damage as a result of improper usage of 101 Sign Wholesale product by customer. E) All merchandise return must be shipped fright prepaid; products need to be received within 3 business days of the RMA issuance date.
F) Regular shipping service for all RMA.For express service, require 101 Sign Wholesale’s RMA Dept. approval in advance.
