A) All merchandize refunded credit, exchange or repair must have a return material number (RMA)
B) The following information must be provided to request an RMA number.
1. Our item/model number
2. Invoice/Purchase Order date and invoice/Purchase Order number
3. Detail reason for return
C) For return items, the following are restocking fee and conditions schedule on dates from the date of delivery
1 to 5 days FULL CREDIT (Exclude shipping charge)
6 to 30 days 20% restocking fee (Exclude shipping charge)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, CUSTOM SIGN or SPECIAL COLOR ORDER, ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
No refund or exchange will be accepted after 30 days.
Return items as a complete set. If not returned as complete set, deductions will be made according to missing accessories from the original package.
D)We are not responsible for damage as a result of improper usage of our products by customer.
E) All merchandise returns must be shipped fright prepaid; products need to be shipped within 3 business days of the RMA issue date.

No Breakage Guarantee
we have a 100% No Breakage Guarantee and expect your purchase to arrive in excellent condition. Because of the nature of the product, all sales are considered final and items may not be returned for refund or exchange. Items may be returned for replacement or repair due to delivery breakage or if covered under the warranty policy. Each product comes with a warranty, please see details below.
In order for us to provide the 100% No Breakage Guarantee we need you to follow these guidelines.
Open your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the package or in front of the delivery person if possible.
Do not break the inner seal or remove the sign from the inner box before plugging it in and testing the sign for damage. The sign must be returned in its original box if there is a problem.
Notify us within 24 hours of Delivery if you have any claim related to breakage. Otherwise we will not be able to honor any claims related to damage during shipping, especially if you have removed the sign from the shipping box.
We will arrange a call tag to be issued from UPS to return the sign to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD
All Neon Business signs carry a manufacturer's 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for products that are returned in their original inner and outer boxes, along with all original packing materials in place. If original packaging is not kept, a USD$50 surcharge will be charged for packaging box to be shipped. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and approval to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If the sign fails in the first 30 days from the date of receipt, we will pay the freight to ship the sign back, after 30 days the customer will be responsible for the freight cost using our lower shipping rates. The manufacturer will repair or replace the sign.
Breakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any breakage claim not reported within 24 hours will be resolved by us sending you the replacement parts at your expense.
H) LIMITED LIABILITY
In no event shall seller be liable for any consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable for any business interruption, loss of anticipated profits, and damage to business or property. The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.
